Conveyancing

We offer you personalised service, to help you with every aspect of dealing with conveyancing and residential property. The team has many years of experience, and has a strong reputation for providing a high standard of skill and care.
Every client is an individual, and each case is different. We tailor our service so it meets your particular needs.
A named lawyer will deal with your transaction from start to finish. Contact with us is easy and flexible.
We will guide you through the transaction, so you are clear as to what we are doing, and the progress of the job. We welcome questions and comments.
Buying and selling property are the biggest transactions most people do, and the legal procedures can be complex. We aim to make the process as stress free as possible.
At the beginning of a job, we agree with you what your requirements are, especially about timescale and costs. We are committed to ensuring your needs are met.
Fees are agreed in advance, with a clear quote. We understand your need to budget carefully. Our fees are inclusive, with no hidden extras.
The firm is independent. We act in your best interests, and we do not accept ‘referral fees’ from intermediaries to get business. Clients return to us often and over many years, as they are happy with what we do for them.
We are on the panels of many lenders, so usually can deal with your mortgage as well as conveyancing, which has a cost benefit to you.
