James Thomas

James Thomas a partner in the practice, qualified as a solicitor in 1979. James is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

James has established a sound reputation in dealing with particularly complex trusts and complicated tax planning cases. He is highly respected by accountants, independent financial advisers and other professionals within West and North Yorkshire. He specialises in acting for high net worth clients who appreciate his compassionate and yet highly efficient approach.

He is also Clerk to the Tax Commissioners.
