Read Dunn Connell Solicitor gains STEP Qualification
 

Sarah Littlewood, a Solicitor at Bradford and Ilkley law firm
Read Dunn Connell, has recently completed the STEP
Diploma for England and Wales (Trust and Estates) and is
now a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners
(STEP). 

Sarah, who has been qualified for four years, undertook her
law degree at Oxford Brookes University and the Legal
Practice Course at the College of Law in York. She joined Read Dunn Connell in July 2006. 

STEP is the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of trusts, estates and related issues. Members are experts in estates, succession and tax planning. 

STEP has more than 14,500 members in 66 countries, ranging from the US and the UK to New Zealand and Mauritius. STEP members are subject to a rigorous code of professional conduct and can be identified by the use of the designation TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) after their name. The letters TEP are the hallmark of quality in the field of Trusts and Estates. 

There are now two STEP members in the team as James Thomas, the Head of the Wills and Probate Department has been a member for a number of years.
