Ram Saroop
Ram Saroop a partner in the practice heads the Litigation department.
Ram specialises in contentious and non-contentious Employment matters and speaks Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
In addition, Ram deals with Personal Injury cases as well as professional negligence claims. He is an expert in costs and detailed assessments. He is a specialist in preparing points of dispute, replies and if required, advocacy at Court.
Ram is also a trained Mediator.
Ram is assisted by Emma Brocklebank who is a solicitor in the department. She was recently awarded the Cawthron Memorial Prize by Bradford Law Society in recognition of her skills as a young advocate.
