Robert Anderson
Robert is a Solicitor and Partner in the Litigation Department. He has many years experience acting for private and commercial clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including debt recovery, contractual disputes and insolvency matters.
Robert has wide experience of dealing with residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters including rent arrears, dilapidations, forfeiture, and possession proceedings. For private clients he has dealt with many boundary disputes and claims concerning land. He also advises clients on the benefits of mediation and other cost effective ways of resolving outside the Court System.
Working closely in conjunction with our Wills and Probate Team, Robert is able to offer sympathetic and practical advice on contentious Wills and Probate matters. These disputes by their nature often concern delicate family relationships and Robert assists clients to resolve matters in a non-adversarial way with the aim of reducing costs and preventing unnecessary emotional stress.
Robert also advises clients concerning claims for financial provision where the deceased has died intestate, or the Will does not make adequate provision for the needs of their family members.
