James Thomas a partner in the practice, qualified as a solicitor in 1979. James is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

He is also Clerk to the Tax Commissioners

Sarah Littlewood qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and joined the practice in 2006 from a firm in Wakefield where she gained helpful experience in their Wills and Probate department.

Sarah is a student member of  the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and she is currently studying for the STEP diploma.
